Step By Step

labels.txt is the file where the information for photo captions are stored.

1) Go to the backend of your Joomla website.

2) Click Components from the menu bar.

3) Click eXtplorer.

4) Under Directory Tree (left side of screen), click the Images folder.

5) Click the Stories folder.

6) Click the folder where your photos are saved.

7) On the right side of the screen, double click on the file "labels.txt".

A menu with choices will appear.

8) Click Edit from the menu that shows.

9) The captions are in the order of the pictures and uses the format: filename| caption

10) Make your change/addition and then click Save.

11) Click Close.

12) To exit eXtplorer, click the link "Back to Joomla" which is located at top left corner of the window.
